Healthy Holiday Eating Tips

Posted On: Friday, December 11th, 2015

Healthy Holiday Eating TipsThe holidays are a time for being with friends and family, reliving treasured memories, making new traditions and of course, eating tons of delicious food. It’s no surprise that sometimes we might indulge just a little too much in our favorite foods, but we’ve gathered some tips to help you combat the inevitable holiday weight gain and perhaps get you started on that New Year’s resolution.

Instead, catch up with loved ones you haven’t seen in a while or help the host with anything he or she might need. The busier you are the better! (more…)
