This recipe takes 15 minutes to prepare and two hours to cook, but the wait is worth it. You’ll need butter, chopped onions, chopped celery, sliced carrots, sliced mushrooms, flour, chicken broth, cooked wild rice, cooked boneless and skinless chicken breasts, salt, curry powder, mustard powder, dried parsley, black pepper, slivered almonds, dry sherry and half-and-half cream. Butternut Squash Risotto

This butternut squash risotto takes only 20 minutes to prepare and cooks for 35 minutes, so you’ll have a jump start on your immune system and your energy level in no time.
