Stamford Named One of the Ten Most Livable Cities by Forbes

Stamford, Connecticut was recently named one of the ten most livable cities in America by Forbes.com. The Bridgeport-Stamford-Norwalk metropolitan area actually tied Lincoln, Nebraska as 9th most livable city.

In developing the list, Forbes looked at America’s 200 largest cities and took the following 5 data points into consideration:

  1. Unemployment Rate
  2. Income Growth
  3. Crime
  4. Cost of Living
  5. Artistic and Cultural Opportunities
