Outdoor Exercise Classes at Harbor Point

Being active outdoors can be hard when you live in the city, but not when you live in Stamford! Skip the gym this summer and exercise outside at Harbor Point. Outdoor exercise classes allow you to experience the beautiful weather and sites of the city, while also getting a good workout in. Whether you’re a fitness junkie or a newbie to the fitness world, Harbor Point offers a variety of fitness options that all Stamford residents can enjoy. Here’s a sample of the many outdoor classes that are currently offered:

  • Yoga on the Boardwalk – If you’re looking to relax your mind and improve your alignment with a fun, upbeat yoga class, come down to the Harbor Point Board Walk! Exhale hosts weekly yoga classes every Sunday from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. 
  • F45 Boot Camp – Kick your fitness routine up a notch with an F45 Boot Camp class. Join the trainers in Commons Park on Tuesday nights from 6:30 to 7:15 p.m. to experience this challenging new training technique for yourself.
  • CrossFit with Carozza Fitness – Want to feel the burn with a high intensity workout? Using simple and functional movements, CrossFit does just that! Carozza Fitness hosts CrossFit classes every Thursday from 7 to 8 p.m. in Commons Park to help test and build your fitness capabilities.
  • Zumba with Shaira – Move and groove to some Zumba beats with Sharai from Chelsea Piers. Bring your best moves out to the Dinosaur BBQ parking lot and dance the night away from 7 to 8 p.m.
  • Cardio Fitness with JCC – If you want a well-rounded workout, Cardio Fitness is the class for you. Join JCC in Common’s Park from 10 to 11 a.m. every Saturday for a fun mixture of interval-cardio and strength training workouts.
