Fine Dining in Stamford at an Affordable Price

There are over 20 participating independent restaurants in this year’s program with several different price options. The prices for lunch range from $12.17 or $20.17 and dinner ranges from $25.17 or $35.17.

Essentially, our communities in Stamford give our residents easy walking access to schools, shopping, arts, dining and more. IKEA: This Swedish furniture store designs and sells ready-to-assemble desks, chairs, futons, tables and other furniture, which is perfect for people on a budget who don’t mind spending a little more time to save a lot more money. One of the first growth opportunities might happen on the day you move in to your new apartment. Here are some tips to make this change easier:

Bring a cart with wheels – A major key to success when moving into your new apartment is making the process as efficient as possible. A rolling cart takes strain off your body, and allows you to move more every trip to the van. You can rent these from moving companies, and some apartments provide these to new residents. Newly remodeled, our Townhouse community has been transformed into 77 & 65 Prospect Street Apartments! Be the first to live in these wonderfully restored spaces, perfect for students in the Stamford area. With major renovations, both of these communities are more resident-friendly than ever. Some of our units feature redesigned kitchen layouts with all-new stainless steel appliances, and the bathrooms have undergone a modernization, as well. Both buildings will feature new wallpaper in common areas and hallways, and both lobbies will be completely updated with a new seating area at 65 Prospect Street.

At these locations, we offer spaces from studio floor plans up to three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartments. Our residents who are students at the nearby colleges have additional access to a wide array of clubs and organizations that enhance their studies, social lives and feeling of community involvement.

Joining groups of like-minded people, no matter the affinity has big benefits. New students learning to live away from home can make fast friends by hooking up with people who share interests. Participating outside the classroom can also reveal areas of interest previously unexplored. Additionally, they provide a network of people who can become social, academic or professional support systems.
